The name Avantgarde is deliberately chosen: it stands for pioneers who forge new paths, lead the way, and find solutions where others only see problems – and that's exactly what we live every day.

When someone says: "That won't work," we don't see it as an obstacle, but as a challenge. We don't believe in old wives' tales, but rely on building physics,1 experience, and practical tests.

A Few Examples from Our Practice

Parquet Flooring in Paraguay

Many were skeptical: "Real wood will never last here." We wanted to know and first installed the parquet in our own house. The result: it holds perfectly, withstands moisture and heat – and today we can pass this knowledge directly on to our customers.

Waterproof Roof from Sandwich Panels

Actually, this was never a real problem for us, since we had already worked with sandwich panels2 in Austria. We passed this knowledge directly on to our employees, and our roofs don't leak. At the same time, we understand very well – through observing other construction sites – why many see it as a challenge.

Residential Project "La Perla"

Many doubted that the apartments could be sold. Through careful planning, high quality, and commitment, the project became a complete success – and shows that it's worthwhile to think visionary.

Extraordinary Dream Projects

A house over a pond, irregularly shaped pools, unusual materials – these are exactly the projects that scare others away, but where we flourish. Our experience allows us to recognize what's feasible and develop solutions that are both creative and functional.

These examples show our way of working: we test, learn, optimize, and then make suggestions based on experience and sound knowledge. We push boundaries without neglecting safety, quality, or economic sense.

Avantgarde therefore doesn't mean for us carrying a high-sounding name, but making the impossible possible with creativity, courage, and experience – always in the interest of our customers.

If you're looking for partners who make extraordinary ideas reality, find solutions together, and at the same time pay attention to quality, safety, and economic efficiency – then you're in exactly the right place with us.

  1. Building physics (or building science) is the study of how buildings perform as physical systems, including heat transfer, moisture dynamics, air movement, and acoustics. It combines principles from thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science to optimize building performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.

  2. Sandwich panels are composite building materials consisting of two outer layers (typically metal) with an insulating core material (polyurethane, PIR, mineral wool, or EPS) between them. They provide excellent thermal insulation, structural strength, and rapid installation. When properly installed with correct sealing and fastening techniques, they create watertight roof systems with superior energy efficiency.
