Our Story
Hello, I'm Sebastian Starinski, the founder of Avantgarde. After many years of practice and countless further training courses, I thought to myself in 2018: "Why not?" and became self-employed. This is how Avantgarde was founded in Austria, focusing on property development and building services.
Two years later, I was drawn to Paraguay – and don't worry, the company came with me.
Since 2021, we have been building primarily German-style single-family houses here. Our success? We owe it to our wonderful customers who trusted us and enabled our growth. We now have three construction teams ready to tackle any building adventure.
After ten single-family houses, numerous garages, pools, terraces, and roofs, we look optimistically to the future. I get immense pleasure from accompanying families in planning their new home and seeing their dreams come true.
